Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please note that during high-demand periods (such as holidays or special releases), processing times may take a little longer. We’ll notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing (available for an additional fee).
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and your location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties that are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 business days. We will assist you in locating your package or, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a refund based on the situation.

Return to Sender

In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or being unclaimed, we will notify you and arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
