Refund policy
At Creator Collective, we want you to love the art and products you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for our valued customers. You can always contact us for any return question.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or commissioned artwork.
- Items purchased during clearance sales.
These items are final sale due to their unique or personalized nature, crafted specifically for you.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact support with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Email support with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items, including those purchased during clearance, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
